Job Title: Senior Wealth Management Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Advisory team in Sydney, where you will play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of Associate Advisers. As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for enhancing procedures and processes, supporting risk activities, and maintaining client advice processes.

About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Associate Advisers, fostering their growth and development.
  • Enhance procedures and processes to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support first-line risk activities, including maintenance of risk and control registers and incident management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client advice processes and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role within Stockbroking/Wealth Management sector, preferably with prior Dealer Assistant/Associate adviser experience.
  • RG146 accreditation or equivalent is highly desirable.

About You:

  • Degree qualified in finance or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, including written and verbal communication, are essential.
  • You possess excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
