About This Opportunity:

Our Wealth Advisory team is expanding rapidly, with a 20% year-over-year growth rate for the last four years. We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to work closely with our Partners and Senior Advisors, providing sophisticated and tailored advice to successful business owners, high-level executives, and ultra-high net worth families.



In this role, you will:



  • Attend and contribute to new and existing client meetings, leading the client relationship in partnership with a Senior Advisor.
  • Work with Partners/Senior Advisors to develop and produce high-level and complex strategy advice documents, including investment analysis, portfolio construction, and management.
  • Research and develop financial strategies across wealth accumulation, investment strategies, balance sheet re-structuring, debt management, estate planning, tax minimization, and asset protection.
  • Provide strategic input to the preparation of client review documents and implement client recommendations, including portfolio trading, to bring a strategy to life.
  • Attend to client queries and liaise with other professionals to deliver great client outcomes.


About You:


  • A degree in Commerce, Economics, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience working in the industry within financial planning/advice, superannuation consulting environment, technical role, or accounting is preferable.
  • Exceptional client service focus and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Word, Excel, and analytical skills.

  • We advise on wealth creation, tax minimization, superannuation (incl. SMSF specialisation), debt management, and recycling, asset protection strategies that encompass far more than just money management and investment, as important as it is.
