Kambu Health, a leading provider of healthcare services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, is seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to fill the role of Health Services Concierge.
This challenging yet rewarding position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to make a real difference in the lives of clients and their families. As a Health Services Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client's experience is personalized and tailored to their specific needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and guests, providing information about our facilities and assisting with appointment bookings.
- Coordinating transportation, scheduling appointments, and organizing activities or referrals upon request.
- Performing general tasks such as delivering mail and photocopying documents.
In addition to your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, you will also possess a strong understanding of the local community, including its culture and traditions.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including annual leave loading, four weeks annual leave, and non-taxable fringe benefits salary packaging options amounting to $15,900 per annum.
