About this role
The Queensland Fire Department's Workforce Experience Unit aims to create a positive and engaging work environment for its employees. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in developing, delivering, and reviewing workforce experience programs that align with the department's shared values.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and possess knowledge of human resources project coordination processes and tools. Experience in designing, building, and delivering training workshops and/or workforce surveys is highly regarded.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating the effective delivery of the department's workforce experience program, scheduling inductions, and providing secretariat support to committees and working groups. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote healthy workplaces and employee well-being.
