Requirements:
  • Proven leadership managing national or multi-state talent acquisition teams within a large complex service industry.
  • Expertise in strategic, recruitment-focused workforce planning, sourcing, and high-volume recruitment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, including leadership of Indigenous recruitment initiatives aligned with our Reconciliation Action Plan.
  • Experience collaborating with executive and senior leaders to embed sourcing strategies that align with organisational values and mission.
