Quality and Compliance Manager



Job Description:

This is a strategic, standalone position that requires leading the development and execution of quality and training frameworks across the group. With full ownership of the ISO-accredited QMS, you will shape audit readiness, national compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.


As a Quality and Compliance Manager, your role will involve:

  • Own and maintain ISO 9001 QMS
  • Lead internal audits, NCOR, and CAPA reporting
  • Prepare and manage external audit readiness across all sites
  • Design and deliver national training programs
  • Develop SOPs and supporting training content
  • Provide insights on compliance risks to the executive team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Certified ISO Lead Auditor with proven QMS ownership
  • Experience in LMS platforms and national training design
  • Strong background in audit management and risk reporting
  • Clear, confident communication skills
