This non for profit aged care provider is seeking an RN with experience in a clinical management role to join them and are providing the opportunity for you to benefit from their ongoing support and opportunities for career development.

Assist in the leadership of a number of aged care facilities located across Sydney while working from their office located in
**Ryde** and collaborate with an established team of management and care staff while receiving support and opportunities for progression.

This organisation has a focus on providing their staff with an exceptional working environment providing them with the tools and resources to succeed.

**The Role**:

- Work in supporting a variety of facilities as needed and work from their head office based in **Ryde**:

- Providing continuous quality management and clinical guidance
- Support facilities with accreditation when necessary
- Manage a team of Quality Support Coordinators
- Work with Facility Managers in the monitoring and completion of audits
- Assist in the implementation of training and education planning
- With direction from Regional Management assist in the clinical supervision and staff development

**Requirements/Skills**:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Experience in a Clinical Management role within Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
