Lead Quality Strategist

This strategic position entails championing a quality-first culture within an organisation. The successful candidate will define and drive the national strategy for quality, training, and compliance across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Opportunity

In this standalone role, you will lead the development and execution of quality and training frameworks across the group. With full ownership of the ISO-accredited QMS, you will shape audit readiness, national compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain ISO 9001 QMS
  • Lead internal audits, NCOR, and CAPA reporting
  • Prepare and manage external audit readiness across all sites
  • Design and deliver national training programs
  • Develop SOPs and supporting training content
  • Provide insights on compliance risks to the executive team
  • Develop SOPs and training materials
  • Partner with operational leads to drive quality and process improvement
Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of quality management systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive change and implement best practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
