About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Planning Manager to join our team at Cowal Gold Operations. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the planning processes, setting direction through solid leadership, technical advice, and strategic positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement mine operations plans that align with Evolution Mining's vision and values.
  • Lead and manage the Integrated Planning team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with other site teams.
  • Provide technical input to Life of Mine (LOM) plans, Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve updates, and budgets.
  • Drive business improvement and innovation across the asset, ensuring suitable planning and project monitoring tools, tracking, and reporting systems are in place.
  • Model inclusive leadership with a continuous improvement mindset, challenging existing practices, and driving positive cultural and performance through direct engagement.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of mining-related experience, with a grounding in a mining discipline.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to a mining-related discipline or equivalent.
  • First Class Mine Manager's certificate of competency or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of mining regulations, WHS legislation, safety management systems, and frameworks to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, project management skills, and ability to innovate and think differently.
