We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Analyst to join our team at Osborne Richardson. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integration architecture, particularly with SAP systems and applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for integration standards.
  • Supervise integration architecture and design, ensuring technical standards align with the myworkzone strategy.
  • Serve as the primary contact for integration inquiries, offering innovative solutions and optimizing outcomes.
  • Design and operate compliance activities, ensuring alignment with internal controls and best practices.
  • Develop integration policies, standards, and guidelines, supporting project implementation and managing transitions post go-live.
  • Assess and design integration solutions in accordance with SAP best practices.
  • Establish sustainable support models, contribute to business planning, and manage risks consistent with the integration strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, capture requirements, manage priorities, and ensure transparent communication. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex integration scenarios and develop solutions that optimize processes, reduce risks, and align with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in integration and SAP.
  • Extensive experience in integration architecture, particularly with SAP systems and applications.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions, with a strong understanding of integration standards and governance.
  • Familiarity with platforms like myworkzone or similar integration tools.
  • Experience in governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in policy development and operational support.
  • Project and risk management skills.
  • Soft skills, including excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a 'go-to' expert.
