About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Revenue Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic optimization of hotel pricing and inventory management. You will work closely with national and local sales & marketing teams to develop accommodation strategies that maximize revenue for each property.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven revenue, pricing, and sales strategies to optimize occupancy and room rates.
- Analyze competitor sets, price positions, seasonality, mix, and displacement to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop revenue-maximizing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor direct report performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide leadership and expertise on revenue management best practices to various teams.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Revenue Management role with a proven track record of delivering market-leading results.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel booking distribution channels and revenue management systems.
- Hospitality or Business degree with a focus on Revenue Management is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Opera, Excel, and TravelClick is essential.
- Knowledge of IDeaS, LightHouse, Tableau, Cognos TM1, and Salesforce products is highly regarded.
