We are Joolca, a Melbourne-based outdoor brand with an international presence.

Our vision is to provide indoor comforts outdoors - no matter where you are. We've made significant strides in recent years, expanding from Australia to the USA, Canada, and the UK.

As Joolca's eCommerce manager, you will be responsible for maximising revenue by increasing average order value, lifetime value, and conversion rates. You'll work closely with our eCommerce Lead to develop strategies that remove friction in the buying process.

The role requires a data-driven approach, with a focus on analysis, testing, and optimisation. You'll have ownership of key metrics and will be responsible for driving constant improvement.

The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce and commercial experience, preferably with Shopify Plus. A deep understanding of merchandising, CRO, and revenue optimisation is essential.

You'll be part of a high-growth team in a relaxed, goal-driven environment. Our warehouse office is modern and comfortable, but you can also work from home up to three days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive eCommerce growth by owning key metrics like AOV, LTV, and CVR
  • Optimise product positioning and bundling to maximise appeal and sales
  • Identify and address friction points in the shopping experience
  • Analyse data to uncover trends and drive improvements
