We are seeking an Evaluation Expert to help design, conduct, and utilise evaluations for government programs or policies.

  • Assess the needs and expectations of stakeholders for the evaluation
  • Develop a strategy that outlines objectives, questions, methods, indicators, data sources, reporting, and improvement strategies for the evaluation
  • Collect and analyse data using appropriate techniques and tools to answer the evaluation questions
  • Report on the evaluation findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and useful manner
  • Provide feedback and guidance on how to use the evaluation results to inform decision-making and improve program or policy performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of our clients project team to deliver projects for government clients
  • Have qualifications and skills such as a degree or certification in social sciences, public policy, or related fields
  • Experience within Government in conducting evaluations of various types and scales, including assessing impacts, and creating data monitoring and evaluation plans
  • Knowledge of evaluation theories, principles, standards, and ethics
  • Proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative methods and tools for data collection and analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and stakeholders
  • Creativity and innovation in designing and implementing evaluations
