The National Sales and Service Centre is the customer hub for our business, comprising up to 135 employees. As an inbound/outbound engagement centre, it offers a dynamic environment touching on many aspects of the business.

In this role, you can expect to act as first point of contact for customer enquiries, collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver an outstanding experience, and work to drive daily KPIs to shape efficiencies and processes for customers relating to sales and solutions-based interactions.

No previous contact centre experience required - we provide comprehensive, paid training and induction. We'd love to hear from you if you have previous experience within customer service, sales, hospitality or retail.

Ideally, you'll be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, attention to detail, a good listener with an empathetic approach, ability to build rapport and create sustainable relationships, target driven and able to work to KPIs and targets.
