Overview Pollen is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join our growing product studio.

We work with technologies including Playwright, Tailwind, Node.js, Python, Fast API, Sanity CMS, Lllama Index, and tools for AI, such as RAG, agentic search, Langfuse, and Vercel AI SDK.
Infrastructure and Dev Ops include AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, and Docker.
Responsibilities Collaborating with an exceptional team of product designers, UX specialists, researchers, and producers.
Designing high-level architectures for technical solutions.
Taking ownership of problems from start to finish.
Nurturing a culture of learning and growth within the team.
We code thoughtfully, iterate rapidly, and ship daily.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering on web and mobile applications in Type Script, React, Node.js, and Python.
Experience or strong interest in the productisation of generative AI, prompt engineering, and building enterprise-scale RAG (agentic hybrid search) applications and data ingestion pipelines with strong foundations of evals and unit tests.
Experience in designing and building system architectures and deploying production applications to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Experience in building production-ready cross-platform apps using React Native and Expo.
Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Enjoy collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and clients.
