Office Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Office Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage office facilities and services, and contribute to the smooth operation of our Perth administration office.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to work in a dynamic corporate environment. As an Office Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative assistance, including data entry, mail management, and stationery ordering;
  • Maintaining office facilities and services, including catering, safe custody, and reception coverage;
  • Working closely with the Office Manager to coordinate events and ensure smooth operations;
  • Assisting with training and onboarding new team members;
  • Managing security access and building passes;
  • Performing other general day-to-day tasks as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of administration experience in a professional services or corporate environment;
  • Excellent communication and time management skills;
  • A client service focus and ability to work in a busy team environment;
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • A proven history of meeting deadlines and displaying initiative.
