
Office Support Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role where you will be the first point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the office reception desk, greeting and welcoming clients in a professional manner
- Handle all incoming phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team member
- Collect and process mail, both incoming and outgoing
- Perform administrative duties and general office support, including electronic filing, scanning, responding to emails, drafting letters and ordering supplies
- Manage staff calendars, book client meetings and prepare meeting rooms
- Maintain clean and tidy office areas and meeting rooms
This role requires a valid driver's licence for occasional banking and post office duties.
Requirements- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, professional and positive demeanor over the phone and in person
- Demonstrated strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
- Experience in an accounting or similar professional services environment is desirable but not essential
