We are currently seeking an accomplished Case Manager to join our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team.
Your primary role will be to provide high-quality customer service and support individuals throughout the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for all parties involved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by providing informed, empathetic, and customer-focused support.
- Navigating complex challenges with confidence and professionalism.
- Building strong relationships with customers, guiding them through each step of their recovery.
- Managing end-to-end claims with the support and mentorship of experienced leaders.
- You genuinely care about making a difference in people's lives, delivering support with patience and professionalism.
- Experience in insurance claims or allied health is highly regarded, although not essential.
- A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
- Resilience and the ability to remain composed under pressure to ensure you can support people during vulnerable moments.
- Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
