Permanent full-time opportunity for a motivated individual to join one of Australia’s largest insurance organisations, well known for their reputable brand. Priding themselves on their delivery of first-class customer experience, this organisation is seeking for an experience Specialist Liability Claims Consultant who can align with their values.

**Your new role**
We're currently recruiting for a Specialist Liability Claims Consultant to manage high value personal injury and property damage claims under a broad variety of insurance products. This entails managing claims from lodgement through to completion, ensuring an optimum and efficient service to customers, maximising opportunities to ensure claims are managed to meet our customer and financial demands within expected delivery timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to customers
- Process claims in an efficient solution focussed manner whilst adhering to financial/reserving principles
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Support the achievement of objective of being a leader in the intermediated insurance industry

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in personal injury and/or property liability claims
- Liability insurance policy analysis experience
- Strong negotiation skills of both litigated and non-litigated claims
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to manage service providers
- Insurance Law background
- Experience in legal & regulatory environments
- Can manage high pressure situations
- Genuine belief in a strong team culture and ability to work closely and selflessly with a team of likeminded professionals
