Leadership Opportunity

As a Team Leader in Disability Support, you will provide hands-on leadership and coordination across a 5-day roster.

  • Lead and supervise support staff during day programs and direct support shifts.
  • Manage team performance, conflict resolution, and participant-focused outcomes.
  • Coordinate shift coverage and roster management.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships.

This is a part-time role with potential to increase to full-time. You must be currently based in Perth and have a strong understanding of disability support and person-centered care.

You will lead a team of support staff and work closely with participants and their support networks to create individualised solutions that align with their vision for a better life.

About the Role

Key Requirements
  • Currently based in Perth.
  • Strong understanding of disability support and person-centered care.
  • Experience building and leading effective teams.
  • Initiative, problem-solving, and frontline leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail with solid administrative abilities.
  • Confidence using technology.
  • Certificate III in Community Services, Disability or similar.
  • Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (desired).
