Maintenance Manager

Wood Plc is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Operations business in Darwin, Northern Territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional maintenance services to one of our major clients in the region.
Our Operations APAC (West) business delivers comprehensive engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, optimization, and technical services to the Oil & Gas sector. We have established long-term partnerships with prominent producers located in Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Southeast Asia.
We are looking for an individual who has proven experience in a similar Contracts Coordinator role, with 10 years of maintenance experience, including 5 years in a supervisory maintenance role on a permanently staffed producing facility. Your extensive track record of successful operational and strategic delivery within the Oil & Gas sector will enable you to interpret technical drawings, documents, and management reports with ease.
You must possess excellent analytical, literacy, and numerical skills, as well as excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to provide 'hands-on' support as required will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate will have several years of supervisory experience, capable of engendering an entrepreneurial spirit of cooperation and energizing diverse teams to adopt best practices, driving optimal performance with safety at the heart of everything we do.
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Wood Plc offers a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
