Maintenance Planner Position

About the Role
UGL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to support operations at a well-established LNG plant in Darwin, NT. This role will involve planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Utilize Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Use SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to create and manage schedules and reports.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and execution of maintenance plans.
- Focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget adherence in all planning and scheduling activities.
Qualifications:
- Electrical, Instrumentation, and EEHA trade qualification.
- Proficient in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Strong focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget.
- 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar hydrocarbon facility or related industry.
