Lead Centre Operations

As a key member of our operations team, you will drive excellence in centre management.

  • Oversee daily centre functions, including staffing and parent communication.
  • Guide Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth initiatives.
  • Develop engaging activities for children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with all standards.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A recognised Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership roles.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
