Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to drive the success of our knee product portfolio.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for the Knee Portfolio
  • Conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Optimise product lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Regulatory, Quality and International Marketing Team
  • Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Drive sales growth by supporting sales initiatives and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Product management experience in orthopaedics or strong knee orthopaedic experience with a desire to move into a Product Manager role
  • Strategic thinker with market insight and analytical skills
  • Collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Innovative mindset and results-driven approach
