Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven individual to oversee the construction of commercial properties from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex commercial building projects, with strong leadership skills and excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to project plans
  • Manage contractors, tradespeople, and laborers, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints
  • Oversee safety compliance and enforce all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and keep projects on track
  • Prepare and submit regular site reports, track inventory, and ensure proper use of materials and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in managing commercial building projects, including office buildings, retail complexes, or industrial facilities
