As a Fleet Administrator you will provide administration support to the fleet department, ensuring customer satisfaction.
The main focus is to assist with administration tasks such as providing tax invoices for delivered vehicles and issuing them to customers, assisting fleet account managers with online and pit licensing forms, attending the licensing centre to license vehicles for the fleet department, following up aged debtors for unpaid vehicles, processing new deal packs and double checking back end figures, assisting the fleet manager with day to day tasks, and various ad hoc administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy, be autonomous and diligent with the ability to take full ownership and accountability for your workload, be a fast learner and conscientious with a strong work ethic, able to multi-task and work to strict deadlines, have excellent communication skills orally and written, be self-motivated and task driven, demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour, be punctual, reliable adaptable and flexible, and have internal and external customer satisfaction of a high standard.
You must also hold a current and valid drivers license and the ability to drive a manual transmission, have a strong understanding of all aspects of a fleet/dealership operation, and have proven dealership administration experience with a highly developed knowledge of the automotive industry.
