Marketing and Business Development Leader

The Marketing Manager will lead our marketing team, elevating our member experience across digital platforms. The successful candidate will grow the brand profile by developing a high-performing marketing team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of specialists in graphic design, marketing support, and digital marketing.
  • Enhance member digital experiences in line with branding guidelines.
  • Oversee content strategy and campaign planning (online and offline).
  • Manage external communications across digital channels.
  • Collaborate across departments to support strategic initiatives.
  • Drive innovation in marketing automation and digital banking platforms.
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in marketing operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in digital marketing and campaign delivery.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies and publishers.
  • High-level communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for financial services and customer experience.
  • Experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services Sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Management.
