Lead Digital Experience Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our Conversion Rate Optimisation and User Experience teams. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer journeys and drive business growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Guide the development and implementation of A/B testing, personalisation initiatives, and other optimisation techniques across our digital marketing channels
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects using agile methodologies
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimise customer journeys and increase conversion rates
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicating team progress and achievements effectively
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in digital marketing, ideally in a highly regulated industry
- Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams
- Deep knowledge of CRO, digital personalisation, customer journey mapping, UX, data analytics, and current trends
