Job Description

The HR Manager is a critical member of the Operations HR team, responsible for driving and supporting cross-group initiatives. This role requires a true hands-on approach, systems theory, organizational communications, consultation skills, and analytical thinking. We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as an HR Manager.

In this role, you will provide full cycle Human Resources support to our new Amazon Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of 4 HR members and report to the Senior HR Manager Australia FCs. Your primary focus will be on executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company. They will also have experience with rapid and complex changing work environments, coaching and mentoring at management level, and success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs.

Key strengths include flexibility, fantastic communication skills, and huge amounts of drive.
