Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic customer service representative to join our team on a part-time permanent basis.

This role involves providing exceptional service to our members and guests at our restaurants, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests;
  • Delivering food and drinks to patrons;
  • Maintaining floor cleanliness, including table clearing, glass and plate collection;
  • Processing transactions through the register and handling cash duties;
  • General cleaning duties as required.
Requirements

Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role;

An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work;

A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;

RSA and RCG Certificates;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

High standard of personal grooming;

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
