Providing exceptional customer service is a key aspect of this role, as well as maintaining effective relationships with external and internal customers.
Responsibilities- Maintain the security and safety of the premises, property, and personnel.
- Meet, greet, and sign in members and guests as part of concierge duties.
- Ensure patron adherence to entry regulations.
- Monitor patron behaviour and RSA.
- Manage intoxicated patrons.
- Adhere to Panthers policies and procedures, and legislative requirements.
This is a hands-on role that requires physical fitness, reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
A current 1A Security License, First Aid, RSA, and RCG qualifications are essential for this position.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Security Officer, preferably within the hospitality Pub/Club industry, and be able to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
