Job DescriptionBe part of the EV Revolution with us
You will be responsible for:
- Providing expert support to customers via phone and email
- Guiding customers through their EV charging options without using technical jargon
- Preparing quotes and handing over to our projects team once the deal is sealed
As part of your role, you will:
- Be the first point of contact, handling 40–60 customer inquiries each day
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EV charging solutions
- Guide customers through the quoting process and confirm acceptance with confidence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of every customer interaction and pipeline activity
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills; able to explain solutions clearly and confidently
- Experience in customer service or solutions-focused roles (B2C experience highly regarded)
- A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to identify needs and provide guidance
