
Drive Customer Success as a Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Experience Leader to lead our customers on their journey to success.
Main Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with client portfolios to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop strategic plans to drive customer growth, reduce churn, and identify new opportunities
- Monitor customer health and proactively address issues before they arise
- Detect and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships, influence outcomes, and manage challenging conversations
- Strong analytical skills to uncover new opportunities and drive account growth
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients effectively
- A collaborative team culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction
