Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Experience Leader to lead our customers on their journey to success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with client portfolios to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop strategic plans to drive customer growth, reduce churn, and identify new opportunities
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address issues before they arise
  • Detect and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships, influence outcomes, and manage challenging conversations
  • Strong analytical skills to uncover new opportunities and drive account growth
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients effectively
