
Driving Customer Success Specialist

As a key member of our high-performing team, you will play a critical role in driving customer growth and retention through increased feature adoption and revenue expansion.
With a passion for technology and the property management industry, you will be a trusted advisor, proactive communicator, and energetic advocate for innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers to drive product adoption and upsell opportunities.
- Surpass weekly outreach and connection targets (calls, meetings, emails).
- Be a champion – confidently communicating value to business owners and their teams.
- Analyse usage and engagement data to surface trends, drive feature usage, and deliver value.
- Report customer feedback and insights to help shape product and service delivery.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of account management or BDM experience (PropTech/SaaS or real estate a strong advantage).
- A passion for tech and its role in property management success.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and adapt across stakeholders.
- Data-literate, comfortable using insights to make smart decisions.
- Customer-first approach with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
- Collaborative mindset – you work well with others and thrive in a team environment.
