Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused project coordinator to join our organization. This role involves managing various aspects of projects, from supplier relationships to contract management and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage contracts, purchasing, and supplier negotiations effectively.
- Coordinate materials, resources, schedules, and deliveries to ensure timely project completion.
- Oversee accounts, including invoicing, purchase orders, payables, receivables, supplier accounts, and debtor follow-up.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and monthly summaries for informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, including insurance, registrations, and licenses.
- Experience in project coordination, contracts administration, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with exposure to ERP/CRM systems beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- A commercial mindset with confidence in contracts, accounts, and supplier dealings.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship-builder.
