Project Coordination Specialist

The role of Project Coordination Specialist involves planning, implementation and reporting on construction and development programs. This includes coordinating and supporting project activities across multiple development sites.
- Maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide administrative support for construction programs including documentation, compliance and stakeholder communication.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in project administration, preferably in the construction or property development sector is essential.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need:
- A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction project life cycles and administrative best practices.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
