About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Expedited Pathways Lead. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement strategies to engage with General Practitioners on the Expedited Pathways program, ensuring alignment with college objectives and participant needs.

As the Expedited Pathways Lead, you will coordinate training, mentorship, and compliance, ensuring participants meet required standards and receive ongoing support. You will also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including participants, the Medical Board of Australia, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum degree or higher level qualification in education, communications, or similar. They will possess demonstrated exceptional communication skills, including executive level reporting, and proven project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve outcomes.
