We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Product & Operations Executive - Travel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of student travel expeditions, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating with Ground Teams, providing detailed information about upcoming trips, and gathering feedback from customers to inform product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trip Coordination: Work closely with Ground Teams to ensure all logistical aspects of student travel expeditions are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to queries and providing comprehensive support throughout the trip planning process.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the Product Team Manager to design and price new itineraries, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Conduct regular reviews with Ground Teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Supplier Management: Establish relationships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to develop and expand the product range, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on trip performance, customer feedback, and supplier evaluations to inform business decisions.
