A quality-driven leader is needed to own and shape the future of our platform, where quality isn't a checkbox – it's the heartbeat.

This fast-growing SaaS business is building a next-generation cloud-native payroll product that will redefine how organizations handle one of their most critical functions.

As Quality Lead, you'll have the mandate to set the standard, not just follow it.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the QA vision, uplifting frameworks, automation, and performance testing.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring their growth matches the ambition of the platform.
  • Champion a quality-first culture across product and engineering – influencing, challenging, and elevating the way software is delivered.
  • Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks (Playwright, Selenium, API testing, TypeScript).

Your Background Matters

A proven leadership track record in QA or Test Management, ideally in SaaS, HR/payroll, or financial systems, is essential for this role.
