The Client Services Manager will play a key role in our Brisbane office, working closely with clients from top venues and events. As a liaison between clients and internal departments, you will ensure seamless service delivery and continuity across accounts.

  • You will partner with clients to discuss event ticketing requirements and timelines, delivering accurate builds and providing timely insights.
  • You will manage ticketing operations on event days, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promote events to maximize ticket sales and brand awareness.

A Day in the Life:

  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Event Operations: Manage ticketing systems, build events, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Event Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase ticket sales.
  • Business Development: Work with the State Manager to innovate and provide value-added services to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Problem-solving skills to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and processes.
