
Ticketing Experience Specialist

Delivering exceptional customer service is at the heart of this casual role within our Ticketing Team. Working approximately 6-20 hours per week, you will be responsible for assisting patrons with accessible seating requirements.
You will be part of a dynamic team of ticketing professionals who provide all aspects of ticketing to the venue's internal and external stakeholders. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to answer questions and provide suggestions based on customers' accessible needs to transact their ticket purchase or enquiry over the phone.
This role is an essential part of ensuring inclusive and seamless ticketing experiences for our valued guests with accessible needs. As a Ticketing Attendant, you will maintain accurate records of accessibility bookings and communications, providing clear and empathetic communication to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Centre's accessible enquiries & booking service
- Liaise with customers who have varying access needs, providing tailored support and solutions
- Process tickets and assist with customer account enquiries using the Ticketek sales platform
- Maintain accurate records of accessibility bookings and communications
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure with strict timeline whilst managing multiple enquiries efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive or complex customer needs
