Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Philips International. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the medical equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation of medical equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure seamless delivery of customer support services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical equipment technologies and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering or a related field, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of medical equipment technologies and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and other teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. electronics, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering) preferred.
