Providing exceptional customer service is at the forefront of this role. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering first-class service to customers and prospective customers of an award-winning financial institution.

Job Overview

This position involves fielding customer inquiries and providing courteous responses to resolve issues and concerns. The ideal candidate will utilize problem-solving and relationship-building skills to answer customer questions and provide solutions.

  • Respond to incoming calls and provide timely resolutions to customer issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals and build strong customer relationships.

This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in Windows applications, internet browsers, mobile devices, and basic hardware. The successful candidate will have full bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish, at least two years of consistent customer service experience, preferably in financial services, with six months of call center experience desirable.
