Job Title

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Greet and interact with guests upon arrival and departure
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide directions and explanations of hotel facilities
  • Manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate billing and smooth departures
  • Resolve guest issues to ensure an exceptional stay
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service/Administration/Reception
  • Qualifications in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred
  • Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads
