Overview:
We are seeking a sales and customer service professional who will provide exceptional support to customers in purchasing services from our education company. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide product training to customers on our services and features
- Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an education setting or with educational products
- Knowledge of learning management systems and online course platforms
- Certification in customer service or sales
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
