The Allied Health Coordinator is a pivotal role in enhancing relationships and referrals between primary care general practices and audiology clinics.

About the Role

Our team works collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver diagnostic assessments for adults and children. This involves interacting with doctors, practice managers, and nurses to educate and train on our local audiology clinic and OtoGP hearing screening device.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains client databases, manages communication with primary care practices, achieves call cycles, and develops education pipelines.
  • Assists with internal and external events, owns events within states, and liaises with stakeholders.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, supply chain management, and other duties as required.
About You

We seek a motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, diploma in administration or marketing, strong customer planning skills, and proficiency in MS office suite.
