Project Infrastructure Specialist
Are you passionate about delivering expert advice on infrastructure and real estate projects? We are seeking a skilled Project Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team. As part of our Projects & Infrastructure Advisory (PIA) team, you will be working closely with clients across the private and public sectors, providing specialist transaction, commercial, financial, and economic advice on a wide range of infrastructure and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver project feasibilities, cost benefit analyses, and financial models to support client decisions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to provide expert advice on infrastructure and real estate market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advisory services to clients.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as commerce, finance, economics, business, engineering, law, or real estate.
  • A good understanding of commercial and economic principles, with the ability to convey complex ideas into simple concepts.
  • Developed research and writing skills to support development of key deliverables including advisory reports, commercial documents, and business cases.
  • Excel modelling competency to support the development of project feasibilities, cost benefit analysis, financial analysis, or economic modelling.
