Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Refurbishment Manager to oversee the refurbishment and turnover of units process, drive system improvements, manage refurbishment budgets, and ensure each project is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves leading the planning and delivery of a portfolio of village unit refurbishment projects, taking commercial oversight of unit turnovers, ensuring RNRI spend and cash margins are managed effectively, and implementing improvements to systems and processes that streamline the V2O turnover process.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of a portfolio of village unit refurbishment projects.

In addition, you will utilize your insurance assessment expertise to drive efficiency and cost-effective solutions, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to the success of development and village renewal projects, and drive collaboration and influence stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in property, building, administration, or insurance assessment, combined with experience in managing refurbishments and stakeholder engagement. Key attributes include:
