What We Are Looking For: An experienced Project Manager with at least 10 years in residential construction, including 2 years in custom work.
Renovation experience is a plus.
The candidate should value integrity and quality service.
Responsibilities

Preconstruction:

Project setup, bid requests, and discussions with homeowners and designers
Assist with permit submissions and plan coordination
Manage budgets and schedules
Document organization
Safety plan implementation and worksite safety compliance
Contract management

Construction:

Update budgets and manage change orders
Ensure smooth site operations
Coordinate trades and schedules
Communicate with homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants
Conduct quality control checks

Post Construction:

Handover to clients
Client care and follow-up
Coordinate 1-year walkthroughs

Skills & Qualifications

Strong decision-making and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of building materials
Adaptability to growth
Attention to detail
Ability to anticipate issues
Minimum 2 years project management experience
Carpentry background required
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
