High-Performance FIX Connectivity Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to enhance our in-house connectivity platform and deliver key initiatives related to our Delta 1 flow.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery process, including requirement gathering, internal team coordination, solution development, and implementation to support our trading desk.
This role is instrumental in shaping the platform's architecture and driving simplification initiatives to ensure it remains robust and future-ready.
The expert will work on optimizing and reducing latency to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Providing second-level production support is also a responsibility to ensure high availability and reliability of our trading systems.
Key Requirements:- A minimum of 10 years of experience in low-level Java development with a focus on tuning for low-latency trading systems
- In-depth knowledge of the FIX protocol and its application in trading environments
- Proven ability to work well under pressure with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with automated testing, building testing harnesses, ensuring robust and reliable systems
- Familiarity with performance testing and market data handling to optimize system efficiency and reliability
